Hold a recognized Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent. Have experience working with children aged 18 months to 5 years.Be familiar with or willing to learn Montessori principles and practices Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills Show a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Location:Annapolis Valley Montessori School,

New Mina's, Nova Scotia

Ages Served: 18 months to 5 years

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Montessori principles. Observe and document children's progress to support individualized learning: Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Collaborate with families to support each child's growth and development.
